Question Where is my order?
AnswerOnce you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us within 30 minutes.
Then, when your order is on its way, you’ll receive another email with your courier tracking information. Use this tracking to follow your order’s journey.
Keep an eye out for these emails in your inbox (and junk folder too). It may take up to 24 hours to receive tracking information.

If you haven’t received your order by the estimated delivery date in your tracking email you can contact our Customer Support Babes here and we’ll help to track it down.

Question How long does shipping take?
AnswerWe know that you cannot wait to get your hands on your purchase from Communique. That is why our team is hard at work to pack and post your orders as soon as possible.
All our orders are processed within business hours Monday to Friday.
*Please note, Communique is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post, especially during high volume seasons.

Most orders are delivered within 5-7 working days from the shipping date.

Question Do you ship to my country?
AnswerMost likely, we do!  We offer shipping to most countries. If you have difficulty with your checkout, please contact our Customer Support Babes here  and one of us will be able to assist you.

AnswerWe accept a variety of payment types, including PayPal or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and more). We also offer Afterpay and Zip Pay for AU and NZ customers.

AnswerWear it now and pay later with Afterpay!
Choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout and enter your Afterpay details. Your order will arrive and you can wear your items, while paying 4 equal installments every 2 weeks.

Question What is your returns process?
AnswerWe want you to be head over heels in love with our products. So, if it isn’t as perfect as you are, we’re happy to offer a refund, credit or exchange within 30 days* in accordance with our Returns Policy:

  • Communique returns may be eligible for a full refund, exchange or a Credit
  • If the item does not fit, you are not satisfied with the quality or you change your mind, sale can be returned for a Communique Credit or an exchange
  • All Return or Exchange Items must be in the original condition with tags attached and meet the criteria of our ‘Return Conditions’
